To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Be a first-time homebuyer
• Purchase a property located in Pima County
• The property must be a single-family home, townhome, or a detached or attached 1-unit residence
• Have been employed or had a consistent income for at least the past two years
• Have a total yearly household income of or below $99,220
